The top-notch service began with the genuinely friendly and competent consultation from Mr. Karaagaçli in Switzerland. He was always courteous and never tried to pressure me into anything, which I greatly appreciated. The same high standard continued in Istanbul: immediately upon my arrival, I was picked up by a very friendly Turkish driver who took me and my two companions directly to the Hotel Levent in a beautiful new car. The hotel was fantastic – centrally located, and the surrounding area was perfect. There was a shopping center nearby, and the SwissLASIK Pass, which I received shortly before departure, contained valuable tips on sights, nightlife, and restaurants in Istanbul. The following day, the procedure began: just as quickly as the preliminary examination in the morning, I had my surgery that afternoon. The operation was short and relatively painless. I was very calm because I was even assigned a personal assistant who spoke German! The doctor was also incredibly kind and always smiling! Everything went by so quickly that I didn’t even have time to get nervous! This was great, because just four hours after the surgery, I was already able to go out to eat with my two companions! With sunglasses, of course… The next day, I was feeling so well that after the follow-up appointment – which, by the way, went perfectly – I was able to explore Istanbul with my two companions. The result is perfect! I can see 100% again, and in summary, I’m more than satisfied with Swisslasik: everything went incredibly well, and the service was top-notch!
