I can only say, everything was perfect!!!! – Report from Wednesday, June 24, 2015
I wanted to get laser eye surgery last year, but I still lacked the courage. This year I finally decided to go ahead with it. I was convinced I wanted to have it done in Istanbul. Several colleagues raved about their eye surgery in Istanbul, but they didn’t book through Swisslasik.
I searched on Google for the clinic that had been recommended to me and wanted to register there right away. But my gut feeling told me I needed to keep looking to get some comparisons. I quickly came across the Swisslasik website and clicked through it. My gut feeling was very positive. I contacted them and received a clear email with all the important information. So I booked, convinced I’d made the right decision.
And now, looking back over a Monday, I can confirm that it was my best decision.
The excellent service started right at the airport. The pickup went perfectly. The hotel is a “standard” hotel for me; the location is perfect, but I didn’t particularly like the hotel itself. But that wasn’t a problem, as I was there for a week and only needed a place to sleep. You’re out and about during the day anyway.
The pickup to the clinic went perfectly. The driver was very friendly and punctual. The clinic has a fantastic playground outside where my husband and our daughter could play while I was being examined and/or operated on. The examination at the clinic was quick and easy. The surgery was scheduled for the afternoon and went very well. The doctors and the German-speaking assistant are highly competent. They don’t let anyone down. Honestly, you certainly wouldn’t get this level of service in Switzerland, not even in a private clinic. The follow-up examination the next day also went very smoothly.
I can only say, everything was perfect!!!! I’m so glad I chose Swisslasik. I can recommend it to everyone. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to over 10 people and guarantee that they won’t regret their stay and treatment – quite the opposite.
